We don't separate "professionals" from "the community" - because we are al commoners. we view beoole as whole. multacered multi-hyphenate human beings who carry out multiple roles across their homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods simultanesly. Pop Commons holds space torteaders and organizers to develop a well-rounded practice bringing together knowledge and sharing solutions openly with each other and the public.
Democratizing R&D and Space to Think
Historically, only the elite had access to schole - the dedicated community leaders and grassroots builders are often trapped in reactive execution constantly hearing that they can't afford R&D. "can't afford to take risks," or "can't afford to be individualistic."
This is a symptom of educational and economic inequality. When everyosyreaders lock the space and capacity to innovate, transtormany community solutions slip through the cracks.
Pop Commons was born as a direct response to the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, which laid bare the fragility of traditional isoletion. Rether than focusing solely on fighting inequality, our focus is on creating quality, equality, and democracy. We do this by providing the "missing middle" - the shared services, back-office capacity,
